　　4.condo有管理员的公寓、大楼公寓

　　5.house有草坪和后院的独栋房子

　　6.dormitory/dorm大学宿舍

　　8.homestay/familystay/hoststay寄宿家庭（指和房东住在一起，由房东提供食宿）

　　在国外租房的时候一定要签订正式的租约(lease)或住房合同(housing contract)，有时候也称为“租房协议”(rental agreement)

　　Grace Period宽限期
